Job creation simply means the process of providing opportunities for paid work, especially for people who are unemployed.

In Nigeria there are many job opportunities in different companies ,offices and education but the problem is how do we get it ?these has been the question frequently asked by every youths who are unemployed .before I go further ,let me first define employment .

MEANING OF EMPLOYMENT

Employment is work especially when it is done to get money, it is the state been employed by the government ,or by self employment i.e when you generate yourself what to do and earn money without someone telling you to come and work for him or her rather  people come to you to seek job opportunity.

When people needs job they only focus on their certificate hoping that their certificate or their credential will qualify them to get work ,that is not true there are many things you have to bear in mind and fit into before you go for job interview. That is the reason many people fail any time they called for interview.  The inabilities of young people nowadays in getting job are listed below.

1.indescent dressing/exposure : this has been the most popular mistakes done by the youths  nowadays, some people dress very arrogantly and expect a manager or a company or an organization to accept his proposal about work forgetting that appearance matters a lot and cleanliness is next to godliness. Some girls live their chest open in order t o attract the supervisor so that  he will not be able to  discover any inability in her or may tell her to start work because of the color of her breast he saw so that they may engage in secret  relationship forgetting that she have already disqualified herself  indirectly.so my people, always dress decently because you may not know the day of your success.

2. How you speak: many people fail interview due to the way they speak. Up to 70 percent of students in various institution speak penguin ,broken and other nonsense they   speak and call it English .in any organization, you are expected to be hundred percent accurate and qualified  in other not to make mistake in the offices whereas any mistake made could lead to break down of the company  financially or incompetent in their work.so be informed that good English can bring you success .

3.credibility: your credentials matters a lot but cannot determine your performance in any area of study you participated in.some people use money and buy credentials and think that they are qualified ,it is not what you graduated with will determine whether you are a professional in doctorate  degree. You can have first class but you don’t know anything and someone that graduated with third class has the knowledge more than a first class .let us not think that credentials can give us work, it is our knowledge towards we said that we studied.
